General
✧ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
✧ Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and your commission may be cancelled if it occurs.


Payment & Refunds
✧ Payment is to be done through Kirke, following their policies.
✧ When giving custom pricing quotes, I am using CAD unless otherwise specified.
✧ I may quote a higher price than what is listed if I feel that the commission is more complex than my provided examples, or if it would require me to do character design work.
✧ The commission can be cancelled by either party at any time. A refund will be issued based on the amount of work that was completed. No refunds will be given once the work is completed.


Process, Schedule, & Revisions
✧ Work time will vary depending on current my commission workload and real life work schedule. The average timeline would be 2 weeks-1 month. The timeline will be discussed prior to starting the commission.
✧ I will send a watermarked sketch for review. One large/significant revision is permitted at this stage (multiple smaller revisions may be considered at my discretion).
✧ If the piece is large or complex, I may send more watermarked in-progress images during the lining/colouring stages. Otherwise, I will send the completed image. One more revision is permitted at this stage.
✧ Additional or excessive revisions may incur additional fees. Any revisions needed due to my negligence are free of charge.
✧ Any revisions requested after the final image has been approved will incur an additional fee.


Copyright & Usage
✧ I retain the rights to any commissioned works. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work to my social media, but am happy to refrain from doing so upon request.
✧ Any characters or proprietary designs featured in the work remain the property of their original owners.
✧ The final product is for your personal use only. I am open to negotiating a price for commercial rights upon request.
✧ My watermark/signature may not be removed from any images sent to you during the course of the commission process, including sketches and the final image.
✧ Credit is appreciated but not required for personal use so long as you do not alter the signature or claim the work as your own.
✧ You may not use the work in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
✧ You may crop or resize the image, post it online, use it on social media profiles, use it as a reference, or print it/make physical media of it for personal use. You may not draw/paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses.


Tattoos
✧ Tattoo commissioners will receive the finished image as well as a stencil image, to be given to a professional tattoo artist for the purpose of tattooing on the commissioner only.
✧ Tattoo designs may not be sold or replicated, commercially or otherwise.
✧ The chosen tattoo artist must credit me if the finished tattoo is posted online.
